Jason Gaines is a leader within the Rutgers Future Scholars Dream Team. The RFS Dream Team is an absolute powerhouse in the realm of diversity and inclusion. The organization has its roots in the Rutgers Future Scholars program that has been run by the University for over 8 years. The first class of Future Scholars to enroll in Rutgers founded the organization upon four core values (Integrity, Outreach, Development and Empowerment) with the mission to become a transformative student organization on campus for personal and professional development. The Dream Team always looks back to its roots and supports the Future Scholars program by donating revenue to the program’s family emergency fund, volunteering for the mentoring component of the program, and making welcome packages for future scholars that were admitted to the University helping those students make the transition to campus in their first year.
