Hina Walajahi
Dionne Higginbotham leads with great purpose and often embraces all that Rutgers has to offer. While serving on an America Converges Here panel, her presence and intellect showed depth around important dialogue surrounding diversity and inclusion. She gives back to her communities through her selfless service to others and aims to provide a sense of belonging to all those she encounters. She has been an RA, President of the Black Student Union, has served on RUSA, the Committee on Enslaved & Disenfranchised Populations in Rutgers History, and has worked within Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs office. She brings with her an ability to adapt to changing responsibilities with a positive and professional demeanor.
