Hina Walajahi
Jennifer Coulter combines excellence in physics with active leadership in the Rutgers student scientific community. She currently serves as President and Outreach Coordinator of the Society of Physics Students and is a mentor and program co-coordinator of the Douglass Project for Women in STEM. In the Douglass STEM project, she was instrumental in restructuring the group’s core programs. She has also mentored multiple first- and second-year women STEM students, and has initiated outreach programs for high school girls. She is receiving the Chancellor’s Leadership Award for her significant service to the Rutgers community of science students and her dedication to encouraging women in physics.
