Hina Walajahi
Melissa MacCollum has been an integral member of the Office of Leadership & Experiential Learning team since her first-year. She was a First-year Fellow, was recognized as Peer Leadership Mentor of the year, and an Alternative Break Site Leader. While interning with the Leadership Department, she led the first-year specialty service trip to Washington with over 50 first-year students tackling issues surrounding hunger and homelessness and engaging in dialogue around power and privilege. She is always open to new challenges and brings humility and an openness to constantly grow. She took on a strategic staffing position with the Targum and aims to leave every organization better than when she found it.
