Mike Adarkwah has exemplified the renaissance qualities of esteemed alumnus, Paul Robeson through his commitment to service and improving the overall experience of Rutgers University community members. His leadership experience is robust and includes serving as the President of the Black Men’s Collective, where he led the organization’s mission to foster an inclusive environment, so incoming black men have adequate access to resources that would aide them in their success. He is also a Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Scholar, member of the Rutgers ODASIS Program and Allied Health Profession Club. As a mentor for elementary school students, this honoree personifies community investment and overall dedication.
