Jason Kawalec
Youssef Al Fahham has exemplified leadership and excellence in the engineering community at Rutgers. He is not only the president of the American Society of Civil Engineers chapter at Rutgers, but also the founder and president of the student chapter of the American Water Works Association. He has also served as a transfer mentor, a technical member of Engineers Without Borders, a member of the ASCE Steel Bridge Team, and a member of the Civil Engineering Honor Society, Chi Epsilon. He stands out among his peers as a charismatic leader who excites his classmates to participate and builds a sense of community at Rutgers.
