Janelle Raymundo
Our next honoree has dedicated her role as a First-Year Interest Group Seminar (FIGS) Peer Instructor to fostering the development and learning experiences of future scholars. She structures her “Exploring Education” class to instill confidence and motivation within students and create an inclusive and meaningful environment. Her guidance and passion for teaching has helped students to overcome challenges and reach success at Rutgers. She is also the membership chair for the Future Teachers Association, the Women’s Club Soccer Vice President, tutors ESL students, and will return to FIGS next year as a Senior Peer Instructor.
