Meeting the educational, social and religious needs of students can be a daunting task, but our next award recipient seems to be able to make an impact in these areas. Although we typically think of an individual when we say “revolutionary” our recipient is actually a student group. Together, their 300 members and 100 student leaders have collaborated with Residence Life and SHILO on a Homeless Prevention program, raised $6500 at a Charity Art Gala to benefit disabled individuals, distributed over 1500 goodie bags on campus and held a week long campaign to address misconceptions about their faith.
