GlobeMed at Rutgers University
This honoree is a graduating senior who has exemplified remarkable resourcefulness and creativity combining their Information Technology and Informatics major with their desire to help veterans on our campus. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to build a gaming platform called VetCoin, a service intended to facilitate and initiate social interactions among student veterans to help them transition into college and feel a sense of belonging at Rutgers. This honoree also serves as a STEM ambassador and a Diversity and Inclusion ambassador for Douglass Residential College.
