This honoree is described by their peers as a “warm, charismatic, and engaging presence who attracts the spotlight in order to direct it to areas that need more illumination.” As an Advanced Standing Masters in Social Work student, they are passionate about advocacy and policy. They have served as Vice President of the Social Work BASW Student Association, where they have worked selflessly to serve the local community. This honoree inspires their peers to believe change is possible, and in recognition of their academic excellence and community contributions, they were chosen to speak at the Social Work commencement ceremony.
