Annie Zhang
This honoree is a student dedicated beyond measure to helping those with unique needs. They serve as the director of Special Friends Day which welcomes 100 children and young adults with Special Needs to campus for a day of engagement and fun. They are the Vice President of Rutgers Unified Sports, where individuals with special needs compete in soccer and basketball against other schools. Additionally, they are an after school partner at the Douglass Developmental Disability Center and a Special Olympics coach at the summer games. Their commitment to inclusivity is both admirable and exceptional.
