Jason serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Aresty Undergraduate Research Journal. In affiliation with the Aresty Research Center for Undergraduates, this journal is an undergraduate-run, interdisciplinary journal that features undergraduate research at Rutgers University. Through this process undergraduates get the opportunity to publish their own work and experience the peer review process. In this role, Jason is not only serving as a student leader with many responsibilities, but he is also acting as student mentor and advisor providing valuable feedback and interactions to young student researchers. He and two other undergraduates were featured in an article Advanced Science News, a publication of the influential publisher Wiley and Sons, further highlighting the novelty and importance of this accomplishment.
