Divon Thomas Pender
Madison is a currently a Master’s student, seeking a dual degree in public policy and public health. At the School of Public Health, she is a 21st Century Honor’s Scholar recipient and served for a short time as one of a service organization’s (VOICES) student leaders. In addition, she is a graduate teaching assistant for a core public health course, and has conducted research with the Center for Tobacco Studies on the effects of e-cigarette marketing on young adults. She has devoted her life to service, and will continue to do so as she works to lessen health disparities and improve health policy in the United States.
