Nicole’s approach to our work is an embodiment of the care and student-centered philosophies. She has fought through a pandemic, repeated national incidents of racial violence and reckonings, and staff shortages to continuously create new and better experiences for our students – never sacrificing their wellness for the sake of production but somehow still producing excellence.
