Hannah is a Call Center Agent at One Stop Student Services Center. She was quickly promoted to Supervisor within her first year of work and serves on the Mentor Team to train and aid new hires. She is one of the top students out of the student colleague pool of 40 undergraduate students at the OSSSC call center. Hannah ensures that the trainees build confidence over time and have a positive experience. The new hires know that Hannah is there to answer their questions, guide them through difficult or complex calls, and give them a fair review. The strength of the student staff directly contributes to the success of the office and service to the university, and Hannah is an important contributor to this process.
