Grace has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a thirst for knowledge, and a commitment to achieving her goals. Her involvement in Theta Tau and Engineering Governing Council (EGC) at Rutgers University shows her ability to work well in teams, communicate effectively, and take on leadership roles. Through her roles in EGC as Internal Review Chair, followed by External Vice President, she has worked to support Engineering Students and ensure their voices are heard inside and outside of the School of Engineering. Through her many positions in Theta Tau, the Co-Ed Professional Engineering Fraternity, she has become a leading force to not only mentor and support each one of the members but also leads and guides members to build professional development opportunities that help other students grow. Grace’s contributions to these organizations have been invaluable in promoting a positive culture, building a strong sense of community, and empowering others to achieve their goals. Her work in WRSU Rutgers Radio Station has given the school recognition through her contributions, leading the station to win two Intercollegiate Broadcasting System Awards.
