Caroline has served as the Student Wellness Committee Chair and Community Liaison at the Rutgers University Honors College and has proven she is an exception to the average student leader. Caroline’s adaptability and flexibility stood out when she first began serving as a Community Liaison, a student leader in a residence hall at Rutgers to help connect Honors College students to each other. In this role, Caroline hosts events and builds relationships among the community of over 25 students. Caroline demonstrated significant flexibility in leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a leader for the Student Wellness Committee, Caroline had to pivot and adjust all programs to take place in a virtual format.
